How to issue digital certificates online, in four steps
No infrastructure to stand up and nothing for recipients to install. Here is the whole journey.
Design your certificate
Upload your artwork and use the drag-and-drop editor to place the fields that change per recipient — name, course, date — plus a QR and your seal.
Issue one or thousands
Issue a single certificate from a form, or import a CSV to issue an entire cohort as a batch. Track progress and per-recipient status in real time.
We render, sign & store
QRCertificates renders an immutable certificate, signs it cryptographically over its canonical fields, and stores a permanent copy — generated once, never altered.
Deliver & verify
Email each credential as a branded link. Recipients share it; employers and registrars verify it on a public page that confirms the issuer and integrity — instantly.
Why a QRCertificates credential cannot be forged
Canonical fields, not pixels
We sign the meaningful data — issuer, recipient, course, date — so the proof is about what the certificate says, not how the image looks.
Ed25519 signatures
A tamper to any field breaks the signature. Verification recomputes and checks it against a fixed platform key.
Forgery-resistant by design
Because verification trusts the platform key — never the key stored with a certificate — a re-signed forgery is rejected.
