What happens when you cancel, what you keep, and when money comes back. Written plainly, because the point of this page is that nobody is surprised.

What you are paying for
The Resume Pass is a monthly subscription giving access to every resume design, unlimited edits, and unlimited downloads. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Issuer plans (Growth, Scale, Pro) are separate monthly or yearly subscriptions for organisations issuing credentials.
Auto-renewal, stated plainly
Subscriptions renew automatically. Before each renewal you receive a notification from our payment partner at least 24 hours in advance, as required by the Reserve Bank of India’s e-mandate framework.
The price you see at checkout is the price you are charged, and the renewal amount is shown to you before you subscribe. Any introductory discount applies to the first charge only, and the renewal price is displayed alongside it.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your wallet. There is no phone call, no retention questionnaire and no additional confirmation step.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then, because you paid for it. Nothing further is charged after that date.
What you keep
Every file you have already downloaded is yours permanently. Cancelling does not revoke, expire or watermark anything you have saved.
Your resume content also remains yours and stays in your wallet. After a pass ends you can still edit it and download it using the free design; only the premium designs stop being available.
Refunds
Subscription payments are not refundable. You can try the Resume Pass for ₹1 before any full month is charged, cancel in one click at any time, and keep every file you have already downloaded — so you never have to pay for a month to find out whether the product is for you.
Once a month has started you have access to it, and part-used months are not refunded.
This does not cover being charged in error. A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a payment for something you could not access is money we should not have taken, and we return it in full — write to us and we will process it to the original payment method, subject to your bank’s processing time.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, your subscription is paused rather than cancelled, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. You can update your payment method and resume at any time. We do not retry indefinitely and we do not charge fees for a failed payment.
Certificates and credentials
Credentials that have already been issued are not affected by a subscription change. Verification pages for issued certificates remain live and publicly checkable.
