Common questions
How does the monthly certificate allowance work?
Every plan includes a set number of certificates each month — 30 on the free tier, more on paid plans. Issuing a certificate draws from that monthly allowance; specimen (test) certificates are always free and never count against it, so you can prove the whole flow first. Public verification is unlimited and free.
Is verification charged?
No. Verifying a credential is always free and unlimited — for you and for anyone you issued to.
Do credits expire?
Your prepaid balance stays available for your issuing. Reach out if you need custom terms for a large purchase.
How does email delivery pricing work?
Sending credentials by email is metered separately from issuance so you only pay for delivery you actually use. A certificate stays valid even if you choose not to email it.
